  1. Unused Packages: If you purchase a package and do not use any points from the package, you may be eligible for a full refund of this package within 7 days of the purchase date.
  1. Partially Used Packages: If you use any points from a purchased package, that package is non-refundable.
  1. Expired Refund Period: Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the points have been used or not.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Used Points: Points that have already been used to launch interview sessions are non-refundable.
  1. Promotional Offers: Points purchased as part of a promotional offer or at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
  1. Misuse: Refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity associated with your account.
